At Roseda we sell "Beef with a Background."™ This means we can tell you the
pedigree, when the animal was born, who raised it, what it was fed, how it
performed, when it was harvested, and how the carcass graded.
 | | All our commercial cattle are bred either to Roseda bulls or Angus bulls |
| | with similar genetics for carcass merit.

 | | Roseda is LOCAL. All our cattle come from Maryland, Virginia, Delaware |
| | and Pennsylvania.
|
 | | At about seven months of age, our calves are weaned and placed on a |
| | nutritious, wholesome diet consisting of corn, hay, soybean meal, minerals, vitamins and fresh water. We feed all our cattle with NO HORMONE implants and NO CHEMICAL FEED ADDITIVES.

 | | The ENTIRE carcass is DRY AGED for 14 - 21 days by two local packers |
| | who process all Roseda cattle.

 | | More than 50% of Roseda cattle qualify Glatt Kosher. This is an |
| | excellent indicator of the management practices followed by the cooperator herds in our program.
